Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Lead based in Ireland to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for a B2B software platform in the circular economy space.

You will lead a small CSM team, own the strategic accounts, and oversee onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in managing complex B2B software implementations.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in recycled materials, commodities trading, or related supply chains is a plus.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with data configuration, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Customer Success team.
• Own customer portfolio health, retention, and expansion.
• Manage strategic accounts and complex deployments.
• Oversee onboarding, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Develop standardized onboarding, health monitoring, and renewal processes.
• Translate customer needs into product improvements and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales on scoping and handovers.
