Jobgether partners to fill a fully remote Manager, Customer Success Managers role based in Ireland. You will lead 4–6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC, coaching renewals, reducing churn, and expanding accounts while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers and improve processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in Customer Success with 1–2 years in management, strong forecasting skills, and excellent communication across time zones.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of Customer Success experience with at least 1–2 years in direct management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS across onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Proven ability to forecast and hit retention and revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Customer Success Managers across EMEA and APAC.
• Support renewals, churn risks, and account expansion discussions as first escalation point.
• Interview, train, and onboard new Customer Success Managers for consistent ramp-up.
• Identify and address performance gaps with senior leadership support.
• Monitor account health, renewal timelines, product utilization, churn risks, and downsells.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and account performance; provide recommendations.
• Partner with Sales to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Improve CS processes, playbooks, onboarding, renewal management, and materials.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and Planhat for reporting.
