Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our international VIP Service team in a fully remote role based in Ireland. You will deliver personalized support to Bronze VIP users, build relationships, and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement.

This evening-shift position runs Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 02:00 local time. You will drive retention, support promotions, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to
