Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Success Manager fluent in German to join our client-focused team. You will guide enterprise customers across EMEA, blending technical know-how with a customer-first mindset to optimize billing, payments, and revenue workflows.

Collaborate with Account Managers, Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive retention, adoption, and growth while translating technical details for developers and executives.

Qualifications

Experience in a techno-functional role (e.g., TSM, solutions consultant, Post-Sales Engineer).
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and iPaaS tools.
Understanding of subscription/payment operations (chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent ability to translate technical details for developers and executives.
Professional German language skills for EMEA support with curiosity and AI interest.

Responsibilities

Help enterprise customers run seamless billing, payment, and revenue workflows.
Guide clients through best practices to rapidly launch pricing models, products, and market entries.
Provide clear insights on adoption and usage to unlock revenue opportunities for customer leadership.
Offer hands-on technical guidance so customers can scale with confidence and influence the roadmap.
