Job summary

Personio is seeking a Senior Customer Implementation Specialist (d/f/m) to lead onboarding for upper mid-market and enterprise customers in the DACH region, with a focus on German-speaking clients. The role collaborates with Sales, Growth, CS, and Product to drive adoption, value realization, and strategy.

Three days per week in the office, with potential bases in Berlin, Munich, or Dublin. You will mentor peers and contribute to onboarding best practices while building trusted executive

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience onboarding upper mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects/programs with structure.
• Translate business goals into customer outcomes and value.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Drive product adoption and value realization across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Lead executive and working-level check-ins to align goals and guide customers.
• Manage several complex onboarding programs in parallel with risk and timeline control.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalations across internal teams.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, CS, and Product to improve onboarding and roadmap.
• Mentor new joiners and contribute to onboarding documentation and processes.
