Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to engage and retain its largest clients across the EMEA region. You will build strong relationships and drive customer success by aligning product value with customer goals.

You will lead strategic partnerships, coordinate QBRs/EBRs, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• German language fluency (written and verbal).
• Experience as CSM or account manager in HR tech, LMS, or learning platforms.
• Customer success professionals embedded in customer L&D or HR programmes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain Pluralsight’s largest customers.
• Build relationships and drive customer success.
• Conduct strategic partnerships and customer communications.
• Lead activities such as QBRs and EBRs.
• Meet and exceed quarterly renewal and upsell rates.
