Job summary

Careerxtra is hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Dublin team on a full-time basis. You will generate interest in business solutions through outbound activities and warm leads, and become a product expert while guiding prospects through the sales cycle.

You will identify new German-market opportunities, manage a personal pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years in a sales role, preferably B2B or telesales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity targets or quotas.
• Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in business solutions via outbound sales and warm leads.
• Demonstrate products, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities in the German market through proactive outreach.
