You will oversee quote-to-close processes, defend market share, and forecast renewals. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with software/subscription renewals or account management.
• Fluency in German.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, value selling, discovery, and closing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with precise written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating pricing presentations and delivering them to C-level customers.
• Thrives when partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve common goals.
• Ability to drive momentum and on-time renewals by coordinating large organizations.
• Empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
• Capable of balancing a complex book of business while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Secure and Retain Revenue: Protect revenue and secure renewal contracts prior to expiration.
• Close Renewals: Assess customer needs and bring renewals to closure.
• Engage Key Stakeholders: Identify requirements, budget, and approvals while removing blockers.
• Manage Territory Processes: Own quote-to-close for renewals in assigned territory.
• Defend Market Share: Stand strong against competitive pressures.
• Forecast Accurately: Maintain a rolling 90-day forecast for renewals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance, and Sales Management.
• Drive Process Efficiency: Improve systems and processes for efficiency.
