Job summary

GitLab Inc. is seeking a Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of customer renewals, drive on-time closures, and conduct consultative conversations to understand usage and future needs.

This is a remote role with global coverage and mobility is expected in some cases. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to identify expansion opportunities, prepare renewal quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records in an all-remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewals or subscription management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel for events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and drive on-time closure.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand product usage and customer trajectory.
• Identify expansion opportunities such as seats or modules.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes and documents on schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve blockers.
