Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Renewal Specialist for a 12 months fixed-term contract in Dublin. You will own end-to-end renewals for Commercial/SMB customers, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams, and drive retention while identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in renewals or related customer-facing role.
• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Management: manage end-to-end renewals for Commercial/SMB customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Success, Sales, Finance, Legal and others to support renewals.
• Risk Identification & Retention: monitor renewal activity and identify risks, escalating when needed.
• Forecasting & Pipeline Management: maintain renewal forecasts and CRM hygiene.
• Process Execution & Operational Excellence: follow renewal processes and seek efficiency improvements.
• Negotiation & Commercial Support: assist renewal discussions within guidelines.
• Customer Advocacy: act as customer advocate across teams.
