Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a German-speaking Principal Technical Support Engineer for its Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) team in Ireland. The role is onsite with openings in Cork, Dublin or Limerick, and focuses on complex system-level issue resolution and remote diagnostics for enterprise customers.

As part of the ECS division, you will collaborate with engineering teams, document issues, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• Senior Technical Support responsibilities in ECS domain.

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced technical expertise using standard operating and diagnostic protocols to resolve standard to highly complex system level issues. Identifies, documents and escalates customer issues to engineering teams as appropriate.
• Effectively communicates procedural and technical issues to internal and external customers in a fast paced and customer critical environment. Maintains a "closed-loop" communication style
