Job summary

Dell Technologies in Ireland is seeking a German-speaking Senior Technical Support Engineer for Elastic Cloud Storage. You will handle enterprise customer issues, diagnose complex problems, and provide remote technical support across multiple channels, applying advanced expertise and documenting solutions for reuse.

Required: 5+ years of relevant experience, fluency in German and English, and knowledge of VMware, Linux and enterprise networking.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of VMware (vSAN, vSphere, VCF, NSX), Linux, Enterprise Networking.
Fluency in German and English with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently; analytical and detail-oriented.
Vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for Dell ECS products across multiple channels.
Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to senior resources.
Develop and deliver training programs and service improvements.
Communicate progress to customers and internal teams with a closed-loop approach.
Contribute to knowledge databases and assist junior engineers on complex cases.
