Job summary

Covalen in Dublin offers an entry-level Customer Service Representative role with a hybrid work model. You will handle pension payment inquiries, guide customers on payment methods, and manage international payment questions, while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

We require at least 6 months in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, payments or pensions.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with quality and timeliness standards.
• Must possess excellent PC skills and be goal oriented.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills with good comprehension in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on Pension Payments and missing payments.
• Provide information on payment methods and consult on efficient options.
• Handle questions on international payments and changes to personal data.
• Respond to miscellaneous queries including proof of life procedures.
