Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help German-speaking customers get value from the platform. You will handle email and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on marketing, sales and e-commerce setups.

The role operates in a hybrid model (3 days in the office). You’ll join a fast-growing international tech company with onboarding, training, and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in tech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Flexibility to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm).
• Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted product expert for German-speaking customers.
• Provide support via email and live chat with high quality, empathetic service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow issues.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
• Guide customers on topics like marketing, sales and e-commerce setups.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Work in an AI-enabled support environment to improve efficiency.
