Job summary

Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with fluent German to join a team in Limerick on a 3-4 month temporary contract. You will handle orders, respond to queries, and provide friendly service to European customers and Medical Sales teams.

The role offers hybrid working with one day onsite per week; candidates should be fluent in German and English, have strong data entry skills, and a professional telephone manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a multi-national customer service environment advantageous.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Good written and spoken English for non-native speakers.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process all transactions accurately through relevant company systems within department guidelines and Quality requirements
• Process all queries within department guidelines through relevant company systems
• Maintain a high level of customer support to all customers at all times, taking ownership for first point of contact resolution wherever possible
• Liaise with courier companies and/or internal teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Manage emergency orders/requests and communicate to manufacturing plants as required
• Maintain and update customer data as required
• Process customer feedback and product complaints through relevant systems and timelines
• Coordinate with Sales, Remote Inventory Control and Logistics teams for fastest inventory turnaround
• Take on additional tasks and involvement in new departmental projects/initiatives as required
• Manage key business processes, including updating documents and training as needed
