Job summary

Covalen is seeking a Telesales & Customer Service Representative in Dublin city centre. The role is hybrid and permanent, with a 37.5 hour week from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday duties.

You will handle high volume calls, emails and web chats, delivering excellent service while achieving departmental targets. The ideal candidate has Sales or Call Centre experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and sales or call centre experience.
• Excellent communication skills in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a customer service or office-based setting is desirable.

Responsibilities
