Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Corporate Account Executive for the Dublin, Ireland office to sell to DACH (German-speaking) mid‑to‑corporate customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and change management, and driving growth with HubSpot's platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience in a complex selling environment.
• Presented to C-level executives on business change.
• Management of monthly and annual pipeline with forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own territory business plan for the DACH market.
• Source and qualify new prospects via inbound and outbound efforts.
• Lead qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Close new business and expand install base to meet/exceed quota.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technology to evolve sales strategy.
