Job summary

HubSpot is hiring a Small Business Account Executive. You will use outbound and inbound selling strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You’ll run online demos and present the HubSpot value proposition to primarily small businesses from Ireland.

Fluency in German and English is required, with 1+ year of full sales cycle experience. This remote-friendly role offers strong bonus potential and opportunities to shape HubSpot's sales approach in a fast-growing

Qualifications

1+ year of full sales cycle experience.
Fluency in both German and English.
Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota).
This role is open to remote candidates based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Quickly identify challenges and discover inbound marketing solutions for prospects.
Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy with new features.
Contribute ideas and skills to HubSpot's mission.
