Harmonics Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with fluent Italian for a 3–4 month temporary contract in Limerick. The role combines hybrid work with one day on-site weekly, supporting European customers and Medical Sales teams.

You will input orders, respond to queries, and collaborate with Sales, Inventory Control and Logistics to ensure fast resolutions. The ideal candidate will deliver professional, friendly service, handle data entry accurately, and maintain customer data

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in a multi-national customer service environment advantageous.
• Good written and spoken English for non-native reps.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data entry skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Process all transactions accurately through relevant company systems within department guidelines and Quality requirements.
• Process all queries within department guidelines through relevant company systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer support to all customers at all times, taking ownership for first point of contact resolution wherever possible.
• Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Manage emergency orders / requests and communicate with manufacturing plants as required.
• Maintain and update customer data as required.
• Process customer feedback and product complaints within required timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Teams, Remote Inventory Control and Logistics to ensure fastest turnaround on inventory and returns.
• Assist with new departmental projects / initiatives as required.
• Train and document updates for key business processes.
