Job summary
Keeper Security is seeking a bilingual Channel Sales Engineer (French/English) to support EMEA channel sales. This remote role requires residency in Ireland or the UK and involves pre-sales and post-sales technical support, product demos, and partner enablement.
You will collaborate with Channel Account Management, assist with implementations, and travel up to 50% to meet partners and customers, while staying abreast of product updates and security technologies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual: native French and fluent English (written and spoken).
- 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills with ability to convey complex tech to non‑tech stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; willing to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products to Channel partners in EMEA.
- Demonstrate products and deliver technical presentations remotely or on-site.
- Collaborate with product/engineering to stay updated on features and roadmaps.
- Support implementation/integration and provide level-2 technical assistance.
