Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Specific Purpose - Customer Service role to manage day-to-day customer service activities, including order processing and call handling in a hybrid setup in Ireland. Fluency in German and English is required, and full training is provided.

The role covers liaising with warehouse, backorder and invoicing support, pricing queries, and maintaining customer data. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Customer Service experience preferred but not essential – Full Training is provided.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of CRM and SAP an advantage – full training is provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong service orientation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Call handling and query/complaint management.
• Process orders and ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Backorder management and invoicing support.
• Provide product availability and delivery information to customers and sales.
• Maintain customer master data and recalls as needed.
• Support pricing queries and overall sales administration.
