Job summary

Teleflex Ireland is seeking a Customer Service representative to manage day-to-day order processing, queries and liaison with warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely handling of orders and customer communications across multiple teams.

Fluency in German and English is required; full training is provided. You will need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Customer Service experience preferred but not essential – Full Training is provided.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Call handling and query/complaint management.
• Liaison with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Backorder management and pricing queries support.
• Process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Support invoicing and customer master data maintenance.
