Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns via telephone, email and chat in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist customers and partners based in German-speaking countries with orders, queries and refunds.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies and procedures; document interactions to in-house standards.
• Work with the Customer Service Team Leader within a 50-person team to ensure service quality.

Job Title: GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contract type: Full time, permanent Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm and Fridays 9am-4pm

Salary: €29,400.00 Benefits: After 6 months, employees are entitled to Laya Healthcare. There is also an annual bonus, free parking, the option to "buy" additional annual leave and the option to join the company pension scheme. Hybrid working policy: For the first 6 months, employees work on-site with the option to then apply for hybrid working 1 - 3 days from home. This depends on individual performance. Training and Support: The training and support given is excellent, with two department Trainers, a Team Lead and a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, there will always be someone on hand to support new starters.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Our client is seekinga Customer Service Representative to work in thecustomer service department handling Global AND German customer inquiries.
• You will deal with queries via; Telephone, E-mail and Chat. You will predominantly be assisting customers and partners based in German speaking countries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to; order queries, price queries, complaints, queries, refunds etc.
• Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
• Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working within a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
• Good communications skills.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Applications will be considered from people that have not worked in a corporate office environment before. Full training will be given once applicants can demonstrate the ability to provide an excellent quality customer service.
