Job summary

Autodesk Ireland is seeking a Fusion Sales Specialist to independently drive revenue within assigned accounts. You will manage opportunities from discovery through close, with a focus on measurable business outcomes and a consultative, value-based approach.

Role requires strong pipeline discipline, product knowledge across software solutions, and close collaboration with Account Reps and partners to expand adoption and renewals. OTE details are provided for Ireland-based sales roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or a quota‑carrying B2B sales role.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, and close.
• Experience selling software, SaaS solutions in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently generate, advance, and close new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain strong forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management.
• Lead structured discovery conversations focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned solutions and align capabilities to customer workflows.
• Co‑develop and execute account growth strategies with Account Representatives and cross‑functional teams.
