Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Sales Account Executive in Ireland to drive new opportunities, lead end-to-end Fusion deals, and co-sell with Account Executives to accelerate wins. You will uncover gaps, open new workflows, and push Fusion deeper into each account, championing cloud-native, AI-driven manufacturing tools.

You will collaborate across divisions, build momentum, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce to fuel Autodesk’s growth in the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Experience in overlay or co-selling motions.
• Ability to hunt opportunities across divisions and workflows.
• Comfort selling to engineering, design, manufacturing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Hunt inside assigned accounts and prospect into divisions where Autodesk has no presence, creating new Fusion conversations from scratch.
• Drive Fusion deals end to end as the primary seller or co sell with the AE, depending on the opportunity.
• Build coordinated account strategies with AEs and execute aggressive joint plays.
• Multi thread across engineering, operations, manufacturing R&D, and IT to find pain fast, build champions, and create deal momentum.
• Lead customer conversations around Fusion’s cloud native, AI driven platform and the measurable outcomes it delivers.
• Work with Fusion technical sellers to deliver sharp demos, validate requirements, and shape solution alignment.
• Maintain elite pipeline hygiene, tight qualification standards, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Leverage modern sales tools like Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase velocity, sharpen messaging, and improve performance.
• Capture what works. Turn it into repeatable plays. Scale it across the midmarket business.
• ACV from Fusion sales inside assigned accounts.
• New opportunity creation from net new divisions and teams.
• Pipeline velocity and deal progression.
• Forecast accuracy and operational discipline.
• Strength of execution with AEs and technical teams.
