The g Hotel & Spa, part of Leonardo Hotels, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to help run daily front desk operations and inspire a vibrant team at our Galway property. This role supports the Front Office Manager, ensuring memorable guest experiences and alignment with 5-star service standards across the hotel.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and maintain calm in a fast-paced environment while upholding our values and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a people's person and make each day fun and engaging for the team.
• Embody and promote our 5-star guest service standards.
• Interact with, support and occasionally deputise for Guest Experience Managers.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and train new team members.
• Bring solutions to the table and think on your feet.
• Be dependable, and a reassuring influence for both guests and the team.
• Have top-notch organisational skills.
