Job summary

The g Hotel & Spa, part of the Leonardo Hotels family, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support a smooth front desk operation and uphold our 5-star guest service standards.

You will work with the Front Office Manager to inspire and mentor the team, ensuring memorable experiences for every guest while maintaining professional standards in a busy, luxury environment across the UK & Ireland.

Job description

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. The Front Office Supervisor will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department at The g Hotel & Spa, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create outstanding and memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and 5-star guest service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your The g Hotel & Spa and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As Front Office Supervisor you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be supervising the Front Office operations and inspiring a vibrant team to exceed guests’ expectations.
