Sheraton Athlone Hotel is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest service. This role focuses on delivering a first-class experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include supervising front office operations, training staff, and driving sales targets while maintaining 4-star standards and a safe working environment. A relevant hospitality background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hotel front office role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to plan and organize workflows.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with hotel systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Third-level qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior guest service experience that aligns with 4-star quality standards.
• Lead and train front office team to excel in customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations and ensure procedures and standards are met.
• Actively participate in reaching monthly sales targets across reception areas.
• Coordinate training materials and sessions for front office staff to ensure consistency.
• Maintain stock of printed matter and stationery.
• Uphold Health & Safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
