The Spencer Hotel in Dublin is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to guide the Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services and Front door teams, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

You will act as on-duty manager when senior staff are unavailable, lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and collaborate across departments to maintain revenue and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver authentic, personalised hospitality.
• Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, VIP arrivals, and financial controls.
• Set departmental goals, budgets and schedules in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff development.
• Monitor guest feedback and coordinate cross-department follow-up.
