Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and develop the front desk team, ensuring guests have the highest quality experience and supporting strategic hotel goals.

You will report to the General Manager, guiding and managing hotel operations to foster a culture of excellence and high-performance standards while supporting employees' growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Excellent skills in people leadership and development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests have the highest quality experience.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members in line with Dalata standards.
• Lead the team in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indices, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
• Develop and mentor the front office team, preparing them for the next steps in their careers.
• Assist in efficiently and effectively managing front office departmental operations.
• Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
