Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to own operations, elevate teams, and drive outstanding performance. You will guide the front office to deliver exceptional guest experiences, contribute to hotel strategy, and foster a high-performing, supportive workplace.

You will lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to meet targets while advancing your career within our growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Excellent skills in people leadership and development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests have the highest quality experience.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members in line with Dalata standards.
• Lead the team in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indices, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
• Develop and mentor the front office team, preparing them for the next steps in their careers.
• Assist in efficiently and effectively managing front office departmental operations.
• Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
