Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest services at The Samuel Hotel. You will oversee welcome experiences, front desk operations and promote hotel outlets, while mentoring the team to deliver consistent, warm hospitality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage staff coverage during peak periods. You will report to Accommodation Manager and collaborate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office Supervisor in hotels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate work.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a genuine, warm welcome to guests from all departments at arrival and throughout stay.
• Assist in efficiently and effectively managing front office operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain strong team morale at all times.
• Monitor all front office cash transactions, including float and till procedures, ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure the front desk is adequately staffed at all times and anticipate coverage during busy periods.
• Familiarize staff with sales and promotional principles and actively promote all hotel outlets.
• Communicate with Accommodation Manager regarding room status, VIP guests, and allocations.
