Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly on duty in a clean, presentable uniform.
• Schedule and chair front office meetings monthly.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and guest queries to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maximise room revenue and occupancy through yield management.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure shifts are covered.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and grooming.
• Coordinate with accounts on billing and deposits.
• Train and monitor staff to maintain service quality.
