Job summary

3D Personnel is recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a well-established hotel in Galway. You will lead a busy Front Office operation, develop a dedicated team, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.

You will oversee day-to-day Front Office activities, drive guest satisfaction, manage revenue strategies, and work closely with other departments to achieve commercial success. A strong leader with hospitality focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office teams in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and revenue understanding.
• Experience with hotel PMS (Opera/Hotsoft) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Front Office team on a daily basis.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Build a customer-focused culture and lead by example.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest and booking information accuracy in hotel systems.
• Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Maximise room revenue through yield management and occupancy strategies.
• Support sales initiatives, group bookings and promotional activities.
• Prepare departmental reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop Front Office colleagues.
• Manage staff rotas and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend management meetings and contribute to projects.
• Provide Duty Manager cover when required.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Security and company policies are followed.
