Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative for our Dublin hub, focusing on the French market. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to grow our AI CRM and Customer 360 platform.

The role requires fluency in French and English, eligibility to work in Ireland, and a track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced environment. Relocation assistance is provided to join our world-class campus.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.
Drive to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building and ability to explain complex value simply.
Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (Internships and leadership roles count!).
Fluency in French and English.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
Sales Partnership: Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
Market Intelligence: Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges Salesforce can solve.
