Job summary

Coursera Sourcing is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is fluent in French to support European customers from Dublin. You will drive retention, adoption and expansion through structured engagements and proactive outreach in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll translate customer feedback into insights, collaborate with Sales and Renewals, and help shape scalable playbooks for the pooled EMEA model.

Qualifications

Full business-level proficiency in French (written and spoken).
1+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or another customer-facing role, ideally SaaS/tech.
Ability to think critically and guide customers with limited information.
Analytical and data-driven mindset using metrics to identify trends and risks.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to adjust style across audiences.
Attention to detail and consistent documentation practices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer impact metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement sessions that connect customer goals to measurable value.
Surface risks and opportunities using analytics and usage patterns.
Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support and other teams to resolve issues and support revenue.
Manage queue of CTAs, tickets, and assignments with efficiency and documentation.
Translate feedback into insights for Product and internal teams to drive improvements.
Help refine the pooled model by testing new processes and contributing to scalable playbooks.
