Responsibilities

• Lead engagement sessions connecting customer goals to measurable value.
• Use analytics and usage data to surface risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Support to align and drive revenue outcomes.
• Manage your queue of CTAs, tickets, and tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Translate feedback into Product insights for platform improvements.
• Help refine the pooled model by testing processes and sharing observations.
