Job summary

Coursera is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (French speaking) in Dublin to support a diverse set of customers through structured sessions, value-driven conversations, and proactive outreach. You will help customers achieve their learning goals, drive retention, and influence expansion.

This role requires fluent French and 1+ year in SaaS or customer-facing roles, plus a data-driven mindset. You will shape the pooled model by testing workflows and sharing insights with leadership.

Qualifications

• Full business-level proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
• 1+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS/tech.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with limited information.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable across audiences.
• Organizational habits and meticulous data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement sessions that connect customer goals to measurable value.
• Use insights, analytics, and usage patterns to surface risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Support, and other teams to support revenue outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize your queue of CTAs, tickets, and assignments with accuracy, speed and documentation.
• Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and internal teams.
• Help refine and expand the pooled model by testing processes and playbooks.
