Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead structured engagement sessions to connect customer goals to measurable value.
Use analytics and usage data to surface risks and opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Renewals, Support to align and drive revenue outcomes.
Prioritize CTAs, tickets, and maintain accurate documentation.
Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and internal teams.
Help refine the pooled model by testing processes and sharing observations.
