Zusammenfassung

Trellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager (French Speaker) based in Ireland to drive loyalty and adoption of Trellix solutions across strategic accounts. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and liaise with system administrators up to CSOs to articulate value and enable premium support.

You will develop success plans, oversee onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction while partnering with Sales to identify expansion, retention and renewal opportunities, and lead Quarterly

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in a SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software/cybersecurity industry.
• Fluency in French is a must.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to manage complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead customer liaison for strategic accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction across the portfolio and promote best practices.
• Identify expansion, retention and renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales to transition accounts to Customer Success.
• Manage escalations related to deployment or productivity and coordinate with Sales, R&D and CS Engineering.
