Job summary

Salesforce in Ireland is seeking a French-speaking Success Architect for Agentforce/Data Cloud to guide strategic customers in data and AI implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize architecture, and translate complex concepts into measurable business value, while working in a hybrid office model three days a week.

The role emphasizes data governance, security, and ROI, with opportunities to mentor peers and shape scalable data cloud solutions for key customers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (Written + Aural).
• Experience implementing CDP/AI projects.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations.
• Understanding of data modelling, integration and data governance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starting with remote collaboration and data privacy awareness.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organisation.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimisation strategies.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions aligning technology strategy to ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
