Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a French-speaking Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect. You will leverage your data expertise to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers, aligning architecture with business value and ROI.

In this role you will work with the Agentforce/Data Cloud stack, collaborate with executives, and mentor teammates while guiding data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (Written + Aural).
• Experience implementing CDP/AI projects within Customer Success, consulting, or similar roles.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Strong data modelling, integration, and data governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Understanding of AI/data industry trends and data ethics/privacy considerations.
• Proactive, self-starting, and capable of remote collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the Agentforce/Data Cloud SME for the Success Architect org and engage with customers on architecture and strategy.
• Evaluate and recommend optimisation strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions via standard products or customization.
• Facilitate discussions with Executive stakeholders aligning technology strategy to business value.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog tailored to Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build strong partner relationships and contribute to broader business growth.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to drive team success.
