Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Success Architect for Agentforce/Data Cloud to drive successful outcomes with strategic customers. You will leverage your data and analytics expertise to unify data, enable real-time decisioning, and deliver AI-driven engagements across Salesforce Clouds.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and guide complex data landscape transformations while upholding Salesforce’s values and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering CDP/AI projects within a Customer Success context.
• Able to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Strong data modelling, integration, and governance understanding.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration with Developers to Executives.
• Translate technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers.
• Show understanding of AI/data industry trends and data ethics/privacy considerations.
• Degree or equivalent experience required; relevant leadership or project roles are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud SME for the Success Architect org and AI initiatives.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to evaluate and optimise architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions via customization.
• Influence executives and align tech strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run tailored playbooks from the engagement catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to accelerate team capability.
