Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin seeks an Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data and analytics expertise. You will be the SME for Data Cloud, evaluate architecture, optimise performance, and align solutions with business goals.

This office-flexible role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring, and strong stakeholder management to deliver ROI and scalable data-driven transformations across Salesforce Clouds.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CDP/AI projects.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations.
• Understanding of data modelling, integration, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.
• Proactive and self-starting with remote collaboration.
• Awareness of data ethics and privacy regulations.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME for Agentforce/Data Cloud within the Success Architect organisation.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and optimise architecture, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose Architect solutions through customisation.
• Facilitate discussions with Executives to align technology strategy with ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Engagement Catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge with the team.
