Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled Success Architect for Sales Cloud in Ireland. You will partner with strategic customers to design scalable architectures, ensuring reliability, security and adoption of Salesforce solutions.

As part of Cloud Success, you will lead architecture discussions, influence product best practices, and guide customers through lifecycle management, data integration, and optimization to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven solution design & architecture experience for complex SaaS solutions.
• Extensive Salesforce product and platform capabilities knowledge.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-tenant deployments and secure integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer impact by assessing Sales Cloud implementations and delivering architectural guidance.
• Lead as a Sales Cloud SME, offering proactive guidance on architecture and best practices.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify design inefficiencies and propose optimizations to improve adoption.
• Tailor playbooks to customer needs and drive successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and partner with internal/external teams to drive success.
