Job summary

Coursera is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Turkish Speaking) for an 11-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin, Ireland. You will support Turkish-speaking customers across EMEA with structured engagement, value-driven conversations, and proactive outreach to drive retention, adoption and expansion.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product teams, translate feedback into insights, manage your queue of CTAs, and help refine our pooled model with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Turkish fluency in writing and speaking.
• Ability to derive insights from data to guide actions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in SaaS or tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement sessions that connect customer goals to measurable value and improved learning outcomes.
• Use customer insights, analytics, and usage patterns to surface risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Support, and other teams to resolve issues and support revenue outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize your queue of CTAs, tickets, and assignments with accuracy and speed.
• Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and internal teams to support improvements.
