Responsibilities

Apply Salesforce Customer Success methodology to understand goals and accelerate business value.
Deepen understanding of customers’ Salesforce implementations and evangelize cloud capabilities.
Guide customers on strategy, governance, and change processes based on needs.
Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge to map features to business priorities.
Identify risks and work with the account team on mitigation plans.
Create adoption paths with current and target states and timelines.
Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnership.
Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce executives to drive customer success.
