Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Finland SMB market, based in our Dublin hub. You will drive end-to-end sales, selling Salesforce AI and Data solutions while balancing new business and expansion in existing accounts.

Hybrid role in Dublin, with relocation assistance and a path to join a world-class AI and CRM team focused on customer success and growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Uncovers a prospect’s processes, challenges, and goals using use cases and value hypotheses.
• Identifies compelling value propositions addressing customer needs with an understanding of technology solutions.
• Interacting with customers via writing, speech, presentations using tools like Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom.
• Continuously runs toward results using available resources and tools.
• Aligns with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Finland market, managing projects from lead generation to closing.
• Drive performance with a focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Utilise a consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital engagement and face-to-face meetings.
• Partner with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimise the Finland market funnel.
