Job summary
Salesforce in Dublin hub is hiring a Business Development Representative focused on the Finland market. Based in a hybrid Dublin role, you will drive AE pipeline generation, engage with decision-makers via outbound prospecting, and promote the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to existing and new accounts.
You will collaborate with Account Executives, qualify opportunities, and help shape territory strategies while embracing the future of autonomous AI.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles.
- Ability to drive outbound prospecting and create new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and clear communication of value.
- Fluency in Finnish and English required; eligibility to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and qualification of new opportunities.
- Engage decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
