Job summary

Culligan Ireland is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service and repair water treatment systems across multiple locations. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and quality on every install.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract, a €42,432 annual salary with an on-target earnings potential of about €50,000, a pension, 23 days holiday, and uncapped performance incentives. You must have a valid driving licence and enjoy working independently.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Engineer/Plumber preferred, water-treatment focus
• Full training provided for product lines
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
